|
hree major types of glomerular changes have been described in human kidney allografts: transplant glomerulopathy, recurrent glomerulonephritis, de novo glomerulonephritis. De novo lomerulonephritis in the graft is an uncommon complication of
renal
transplantation and the most common histologic type is membranous glomerulonephritis. To the best of out knowledge, only two cases of de novo membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis have been reported.
On this paper, we are reporting the third case of de novo membrano-proliferative
glomerulonephritis in a 39 year old male patient with previous polycystic kidney disease.
